October 27, 2003 - RABIN WEEK
(This is Rabin week, so once again we round up the best evidence of the
past year. My apologies to the non-Hebrew readers on my list, who will not
fully understand the documents. I only do this once a year, but please
Hebrew readers, spread the message everywhere you can. I've reduced the
attachments to a few dozen Ks so they shouldn't be a burden to anyone. For
those with slow modems, I beg your forgiveness. Now let's expose the truth
before the annual ceremonies of deceit begin. BC)
It has been widely reported that one of Rabin's bodyguards was shot dead on
the night of the assassination. We can now safely report the loss of the
bodyguard because we now have an incredibly reliable witness to another
murder in Yitzhak Rabin's Cadillac. The witness has signed a legal writ
testifying to what he saw on the evening of Nov.4/95. Open the attachment
to view the writ.
The letter reads: I'm the last person to accept the conspiracy business but
something is bothering me. I am the manager of the security company
responsible for guarding Ichilov Hospital and I was called there on the
night of the murder. Rabin's Cadillac was parked outside the entrance to
the Trauma Center.
I approached the car and looked inside. I identified a large bloodstain in
the middle of the backseat. I also saw a not very small bloodstain on the
front passenger seat next to the driver's seat.
That evening I thought it came from the wounded bodyguard, Rubin. But in
time I learned Rubin entered the backseat with Rabin and never came into
the front. On top of that, Rubin's wound was relatively mild and couldn't
explain the very large bloodstain.

Yoram Rubin's Wounds
Yoram Rubin, Rabin's bodyguard testified that he was shot by Amir, the
bullet entering his elbow and exiting his armpit. In the next attachment,
read Rubin's testimony at the trial of Yigal Amir, read the pathologist's
testimony at the Amir trial that Rubin suffered a slight graze wound and
finish with one of Rubin's clinical reports: No bullet entered his arm or
anywhere in his body. He suffered a superficial wound treated with
Polydine, or iodine.
Please open Attachment One. Hebrew readers will catch on but English
readers have an easy clue as well; the universal language of numbers. Look
at the time on the documents.
Attachment One consists of two documents. The first is the Shamgar
Commission's conclusion of the time of Rabin's murder, 9:50. The second is
Amir's arrest warrant registering his arrest at 9:30.
Somebody is lying. Either the Shamgar Commission told the truth that the
murder was at 9:50, or the police told the truth that he was arrested at
9:30. Open the final attachment to discover the truth.
October 20, 2003 - ISRAELI POLITICS AND PERVERSION
Those who have been reading my reports for years know well that
I
almost never bring a person's sexual predilections into my equations. I
have been fed such information on numerous occasions and ignore it. Even
when the most reliable and respectable of women told me which political
leaders mauled them, I never published it. I don't write a tattle-tale column.
The only exception to this rule is when blackmail
is used to bend a
politician's will to the point that he endangers our safety. So when Ion
Pacepa, the former chief of the Romanian security services, wrote that
Arafat's pedophilia was used to turn him into a Soviet agent, the rule
changed. The same thing has to apply to Yossi Beilin.
Over the years, well-placed people have made
the disturbing claim
that his weakesses have become a risk to the nation. I recall the foreign
ministry official who asked that we take a ride in my car and there told me
about a young Arab boy that Beilin was entranced with and more than merely
wondered if this wasn't a trap for the whole nation. Then there was an
officer of the Intelligence Corps who informed me that Beilin's ruinous
Vatican policy was being arranged in concert with an intimate aide too
closely tied with the most anti-semitic elements within papal circles.
It is only when weakness is turned into sedition
that someone's
private behaviour should become an issue. Beilin once again crossed that
line with his "private Geneva peace initiative." You can be certain
there
was nothing private about it. He has been flying in and out of Geneva for
over two years and someone has been funneling him the money to work behind
his government's back. So, already, we know his backstabbing was anything
but private.
Geneva is the birthplace of the Oslo Accord.
It was there in late
1989 that Ezer Weizman broke Israeli law and met with officials of the
outlawed PLO and got the "peace" ball rolling. Ultimately, the motive
for
his betrayal was bribery and his greed forced his resignation as the
country's President. Weizman accepted some $6.5 million in what he called
"gifts" from a Geneva businessman with ties throughout the Arab world,
Edouard Seroussi, to abandon the Likud and start his own "pro-peace"
movement. Naturally, while some of the funds went towards the new party
line, an equal chunk bought him a mansion in Caesarea. Yes, shades of Ehud
Barak.
Since Beilin's "private"
initiative was hardly private, who was
really behind his latest act of betrayal? At the top are the "enlightened
ones" manipulating Israel's demise and dragging the world into war along
the way. At the next rung down, we have a few hints as to the identity of
those who once again got to Beilin:

European Sponsored meeting with Yossi Beilin and his ad hoc leftist
colleagues in Jordan. He suspects, but cannot prove, that the U.S. State
Department is behind this strange conference. Things are looking up for us
when the mainstream media have begun documenting U.S. Government
perniciousness in the Middle East.

Switzerland Funded Geneva Document
(IsraelNN.com) Swiss Foreign Ministry officials announced funding the
efforts involved regarding the Geneva document which was recently signed in
Amman. Swiss officials however did not disclose the amount involved.
Israel angered by Swiss sponsorship of "Geneva Initiative"

Foreign Ministry spokesman: Negotiations are conducted between governments
and not private individuals.
Israel's government is angered by Swiss sponsorship of an unofficial peace
plan worked out between former Israeli and Palestinian politicians and
veteran peace negotiators, an Israeli Foreign Ministry official said
Wednesday.
The still-unreleased 50-page document, worked out primarily under the
sponsorship of Switzerland, has no official standing, but outlines a
solution to generations of conflict and includes a map of a future
Palestinian state alongside Israel.
On Wednesday, Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Jonathan Peled said the
government was peeved at the Swiss, who helped fund the effort and hosted
participants for talks in Geneva.
"I'm not sure that we are furious with them but we are certainly checking
to see what the Swiss involvement is," Peled said.
"We will explain to them that agreements and negotiations are conducted
between governments and not private individuals."
Funding for what's become known as the "Geneva Initiative" has also
come
from Britain, Japan, Norway and Sweden.
Participants hope to sign the deal in Geneva on Nov. 4, the eighth
anniversary of the assassination of Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin by
an extremist Jew who opposed his peace moves.
An official at the Swiss Foreign Ministry defended the effort Wednesday.
"Our position is simple; this is a project which originates from the civil
societies of both parties," said Paul Fivat, of the ministry's Mideast
desk.

EVEN ARAFAT IS AGAINST THE AGREEMENT
The PA itself is not in favor of the Geneva agreement formulated by
left-wing Israeli politicians and Yasser Abed Rabbo. PA chief Yasser Arafat
said today that that the agreement does not reflect the PA's position.
According to PA senior official Fares Kadura, who took part in the
negotiations, the agreement is provocative in nature.
He said its only purpose was to cause internal squabbling in Israel.
Kadura even denied any intention of recognizing Israel as the Jewish State.
The agreement, more than two years in the making, was penned by Shahar
Party leader Yossi Beilin and former Palestinian Authority minister Yasser
Abed Rabbo. Copies of the plan are supposed to be mailed to all Israeli
homes after it is signed in Geneva in the near future.
Beilin and others involved will also try and
draw international support for the agreement,
among current and former heads of state.
And if it was the shame Beilin felt about his private
moments which
was exploited to "turn" him, the same method was, I'm becoming more
certain, used to turn Yigal Amir into a patsy.
A bit of methodology: Some crimes are hidden too deep
to be exposed by
mere publicly-released evidence. Nowadays, that holds true for most
political crimes. However, I try to talk to people close enough to the
crime to help clear matters up. When the Cafe Hillel exploded in Jerusalem
in September '03, the most prominent victim was the world's leading surgeon
of terror wounds, thus a likely target for terrorists. I kept my suspicions
to myself until I interviewed the surgeon's niece who set the record straight.
"We thought about that at first and looked
into it. The terrorist
didn't target the Cafe Hillel. He tried to blow up a pizza restaurant
first, but security was too tight. Cafe Hillel wasn't his first choice, so
he wasn't looking for my uncle."
I accepted her reasoning and rejected my suspicions.
I was just as
reluctant to pursue a Yigal Amir angle, and for a lot longer, because I
wasn't comfortable with it. Last week, I trusted a witness enough to make
more of a commitment.
Now, some background:
On October 9, there was a victory. A Tel Aviv court
ordered the wide
circulation newspaper Yediot Achronot, to devote 3/4 of a page to a
rebuttal of their slander in February 2001, of a committee of professors
and one doctor, who publicly demanded a reinvestigation of the Rabin
assassination. Anticipating the victory, several months ago, an early
pioneer of the truthful murder investigation, Natan Gefen, sent Yediot an
article offering his version of the truth. He stressed that Yigal Amir was
a homosexual blackmailed into being the murder patsy. It was not the first
time he made the claim. In fact, he has been spreading it over the internet
for at least two years.
The problem is that Gefen will not release the evidence
for his claim,
and hasn't released any new documentation of any kind in years. But he may
actually have it. Gefen broke away from the mainstream of Rabin murder
researchers after meeting a former adviser to the Israel Police crime
laboratory, Nahum Shakhaf. Shakhaf has acquired an impressive collection of
police files about the Rabin assassination and he also refuses to release
them. Both he and Gefen insist they are waiting for the highest bidder. And
that puts both at odds with the other investigators who believe the welfare
of the country is more important than their own.
Gefen's insistance that Amir's motive for agreeing
to shoot the
blanks at Rabin was homosexuality never convinced the core group of
researchers because it just isn't motive enough to sit in prison for good.
I had chosen to believe that Amir was mind-controlled as the better option.
However, it may turn out that Gefen is right and that there are police
files verifying his charges. If so, it's about time he and Shakhaf stopped
being so greedy and released them.
I was busy during Sukkot promoting
my books at fairs and festivals.
It is at these events that people with information decide to talk to me.
Over time, I've discovered, most are sincere people with
something gnawing at their conscience that they have to purge. At a concert
in Jerusalem, someone I had spoken to previously, who passed on information
that all checked out, decided to talk to me again. This time he had imbibed
at the bar. The informant is in the legal field and from a police family.
He has been doing his own research but until now, only hinted at what he found.
INformant: I just want you to know that I've seen Amir's police files. You
couldn't have got them, they're
buried so deep.
BC: What's in them?
IN: Bad things he did before he joined Eyal. Bad things he did before he
worked with Raviv.
BC: Like what?
IN: You know, the Shabak are devoting a lot of manpower to making the Rabin
murder go away, don't you? The government is helping them any way it can.
It doesn't matter which party leads the government, they want Rabin to go
away. There are reports that if the story comes out, the country's future
may be affected.
BC: And other people think perpetuating the lie is riskier. Now, what are
we talking about?
IN: Did you know he gets leaves from prison? What assassin gets leaves? I
say he's out in three years. They're cooking something.
BC: I'm still not following.
IN: You see, he got caught doing really terrible crimes. They would have
landed him in prison for thirty years easy. They were so bad, it was worth
it to him to make a deal. He did whatever they told him to.
BC: I can imagine what his crimes were but you have to tell me.
IN: Can't do.
The informant disappeared into the concert crowd
and made a stop or
two at the bar before returning to me half an hour later. I was ready:
BC: Look, this country is dying. Thousands have been blown up in just the
past few years. The Rabin murder could free us from the crooks who brought
us this Hell. It's our best chance. Now you decide to tell me what you
know, or not.
IN: When he was in Golani, he commited these acts on the base. He wasn't
alone, he had a little gang going. He got caught and there was an
investigation with the police. It turns out he was a pedophile rapist on
base and off. I've seen the police files on him. He did terrible, terrible
things to small boys but the police closed his files.
BC: Why would they do that?
IN: Only one reason, the Shabak ordered them closed. Then they took over.
No matter what they told him to do, it was still better than what would
happen to him and his family.
There was more, but this is the core. I can't
stand by this version
until I get those files. My informant vowed to get hold of me again, but
odds are he won't.
Israel is now clamping down on the free speech
big time. Arutz Sheva,
pretty well the sole voice of alternative news, was indicted by our courts.
The Rabin murder may be our way out. If Gefen and Shakhaf have those police
files, then there was never a better moment to release them to the public.
If not, the man who has more in common with Yigal
Amir than he will
ever admit, Yossi Beilin, will get his way, and so will the rotten
manipulators who turned him into what history will eventually acknowledge:
Israel's most notorious enemy agent.

October 11, 2003 - SOMETHING ROTTEN IN HAIFA
First, the IDF Air Force was demoralized by a petition of 27
pilots
who refused to fight the enemy. Then, a bomb in Haifa went for the morale
of the navy.
Of the pilots' petition, here is what Omri Sharon, the Prime
Minister's son told the Knesset: "This was organized by outside influences
who want to use the military in order to attack the government. They are
trying to use the IDF to undermine our society. The pilots tried to portray
their effort as pure, but it wasn't. Outside influences brought these
pilots together in an attempt to use the military to foment a civil
rebellion and cause a mutiny."
The younger Sharon didn't name the outsiders, but readers of my
missives have a good idea who the leading candidates are. Once the Air
Force was hit, the Navy was targeted for demoralization and I am receiving
reports that there is mutinous talk there right now.
On October 4/03, a suicide bomberess blew up Maxims restaurant in
Haifa. The guard at the door abandoned his post just as she arrived, an act
of seeming cooperation so blatant that initial reports had him shot by the
bomber as she pushed herself in the door. Once inside, she made a beeline
for her intended victims, who were:
Zev Almog, a reserve officer in the Israeli Navy, 71, and his wife, Ruti,
Moshe Almog, their son, and Tomer the 9 year old grandson were all murdered
by the terrorist. Galit Almog, the daughter of Zev and Ruti, Orli
Almog(Moshe's wife) and two other grandchildren are in the ICU at Rambam
Hospital. The other two sons of Zev and Ruti Almog were Navy officers too.
Their late daughter was on the infamous DAKAR submarine whose entire crew
were killed in the DAKAR submarine of years ago. Zev Almog's nephew is the
current General Dror in charge of the Southern units of the IDF. General
Almog's brother died in the Yom Kippur war 30 years ago. AN entire family
affected by terror and Arab wars.
Moshe Almog was the base commander of the Israeli Navy Officers
Academy. His uncle is the commander of the IDF's Southern Command. This was
the most devastating attack on the IDF's leadership ever but you wouldn't
know it by the official reaction to the slaughter.
While the Navy fumed and expected to exact a similar cost to the
enemy, the government's reaction was to bomb an empty warehouse in Gaza and
then upgrade its futilty by bombing rocks in a vacant Syrian wadi. For the
twenty dead in Haifa, the 52 mutilated, and the blow to the prestige of the
IDF, Sharon eliminated an equal number of Syrian boulders.
No one can say the bomber did her deed out of poverty or
desperation. She was a well-to-do attorney, chosen by whatever means, for a
well coordinated attack on the highest levels of the IDF. She had specific
intelligence that could only have come ultimately from the forces of defeat
within Israel.
In the wake of the worthless air retaliation against Syria's
valued limestone, some well-placed people reported the depth of frustration
in the Air Force and Navy. One Jerusalem woman wrote me about her nephew
who quit his Air Force training course out of disgust and one military
insider stuck his neck out and met me for a long talk.

Two years ago, at the annual Rabin Assassination Conference at the
Windmill Hotel, an elderly woman approached me and said, "There is someone
in my family who was at Entebbe. He says Yoni Netanyahu was shot from
behind and not by the Ugandans." I was too busy to pursue her claim and
thought it ridiculous. Nonetheless I introduced her to the radio
investigator Shahaf Pilovitch hoping he would take down her details. He
ignored the lady's claims as too extreme and we forgot about them.
They were revived after the Haifa bombing when a military insider
met me for a talk in Jerusalem. He ended our discussion with a pledge not
to meet me again because his "children are in sensitive positions in the
army and I can't endanger them."
He began with a claim that, "There are high ranking IDF officers
who are doing what they can to prevent victory. They want the conflict to
go on and on. After Haifa there should have been a full mobilization and a
total war against the 'palestinians.' Every square centimeter of territory
should have been searched for weapons, and all enemy commanders dealt with.
However, at the highest levels of the IDF there is a policy to lose, or at
least, not to win.
"Rabin was one of the officers placed in power to keep the
conflict simmering, so was Ezer Weizman. When the first intifada broke out
in 1987, we had a report prepared on the most effective ways to control the
riots with the least resort to firepower. Highly recommended was the use of
attack dogs. Arabs are terrified of dogs and they could have been used to
scatter mobs. But Rabin forbade their use, and the ban is still in effect
today.
"So we were forced to use bullets. It was proposed that we dip
them in pig fat to minimize casualties. Muslin fanatics believe they will
be barred entrance to paradise if pig is in their bodies and this simple
tactic would have prevented innumerable attacks against us. That was
forbidden too and we had to resort to battlefield tactics which caused
unnecessary casualties and fueled the violence even further. And anyone who
objected to this self-defeating policy was dealt with harshly."
At this point, the discussion took a dramatic turn. I noted
that on Rosh Hashana evening, a terror attack at Negohot led to two deaths
in a highly distinguished rabbinical family. I noted that a pattern of
demoralization by hitting the top of the religious or right wing
aristocracy was clearly taking place. He agreed.
"That too. I'm nearly convinced that's why Yoni Netanyahu
returned from Entebbe in a coffin. This was an almost casualty-free
operation but the incompetent Ugandans aimed perfectly at the commander of
the raid. I never believed that.
"You should remember that the raid took place about eight
months before national elections. The last thing the ruling Left needed was
the handsome aristocrat from Herut returning home the hero of Entebbe.
Labor knew the next election could oust them for the first time and Yoni
had all the potential to tip the scales against them. Remember, Sneh and
Barak were at Entebbe too. Yoni was a political anathema to them. I have no
proof but there was talk.
"You have to look at the system to believe something so awful
could have happened within it. The enemy delivered a crushing blow to the
IDF in Haifa and the IDF received orders to ignore it. The Syrian strike
was nothing more than an empty appeasement to the country and those
officers in the IDF who knew what really had to be done."

October 4, 2003 - THE PILOT HANGS
Sept. 25, '03 - I'm walking towards the supermarket and a reporter
from The Modiin News stops me. She is writing the people's opinion column
and would like mne to answer two questions. I agree.
One - Who will I ask forgiveness
from this Yom Kippur?: "From no
one. Until our leadership begs forgiveness for their murderous crimes
against us, we have no reason for anyone to forgive our petty personal
indiscretions."
Two - How do you feel about the pilots
who refuse to participate in
military operations against the
'palestinians?' : "I'm asking who got to them? This was a another psy-op
ploy to weaken Israel's resolve to fight for her survival."
For the first time since the
paper started this particular column,
it didn't appear the following week. But something well beyond coincidence
did appear in the Haaretz literary supplement, just five days later. It was
a review by Dr. Reuven Podhatsur of a study published by the Defence
Ministry of why Israeli pilots refuse to obey orders, written by one Shmuel
Gordon.
Six days after the Israeli
public was disgusted to learn that 25
reserve pilots, spearheaded by a brigadier-general, signed a petition
refusing to fight the PLO and its allies, Haaretz reviewed a book
justifying their moral choice. How truly uncanny and how likely we are
looking at a planned demoralization operation.
Within days of this announcement,
it was exposed that at least
five of the refusing pilots were employed by El Al. In an instant, the web
server Rotter had a boycott of El Al going with a lot more signees than on
the pilots' petition. The newspaper B'sheva asked the El Al spokesman why
any passenger should feel safe when his pilot sympathises with potential
highjackers. The company replied that it's an internal matter, or simply,
no comment. B'sheva concluded by advocating the boycott of El Al until it
fires the pilots.
Too late for me. My boycott
began after my last flight with this
rude, ignorant airline. But there is still time for you to catch up. Stay
away from this airline. You don't know who your pilot could be.
But you do know who he will
not be. Because on September 30, El
Al First Pilot for its fleet of 757s, Oded Tsur, was found hanging from
a
tree in Canada Park, a few miles from Modiin. As usual, the death was
quickly declared a suicide. Modiin News noted that Tsur was depressed
because he failed an upgrade test. Meaning El Al flies depressed suicidal
pilots.
His family, including his three
young children saw no suicidal
signs, nor did his fellow El Al employees.
All we know publicly, is that
Tsur received a cellphone call while
he was travelling on the Modiin-Jerusalem Highway, then drove his car seven
miles west to a grove in Canada Park and he was found hanging from a tree
there a day later.
We don't know if he was one
of the El Al pilots who signed the
petition or knew who the ringleaders really were and what they were up to.

As we count the dead and mutilated in Haifa,
we can be assured that
our government will do as much to fight the slaughter as it did after
September 9, in Jerusalem. Of course we all know what the solution is: we
go to war and smash the enemy so completely that it begs for surrender on
our terms.
But that's not what will happen.
After a few useless symbolic acts
of "revenge," it'll be back to talks with the PLO. Here's who our
leadership mafia chooses to protect:

Moscow turned Arafat into a terrorist.

The Israeli government has vowed to expel Yasser Arafat, calling him an
"obstacle" to peace. But the 72-year-old Palestinian leader is much
more
than that; he is a career terrorist, trained, armed and bankrolled by the
Soviet Union and its satellites for decades.
Before I defected to America from Romania, leaving my post as chief of
Romanian intelligence, I was responsible for giving Arafat about $200,000
in laundered cash every month throughout the 1970s. I also sent two cargo
planes to Beirut a week, stuffed with uniforms and supplies. Other Soviet
bloc states did much the same. Terrorism has been extremely profitable for
Arafat. According to Forbes magazine, he is today the sixth wealthiest
among the world's "kings, queens & despots," with more than $300
million
stashed in Swiss bank accounts.
** What this Wall Street Journal piece forgot to include
is that in
Pacepa's book he claims that Arafat was given little boys as playthings.
Thereafter he was filmed with his boy toys and further blackmailed. The
same system was used to turn Yossi Beilin into an enemy agent. Arafat is
not only a paedophile, the author underestimated his larceny by two thirds.
If you think we should be seeking revenge, think of his own people who were
pickpocketed to the tune of $900 million.
Arafat diverted $1.35bn: IMF

AN audit of the Palestinian Authority revealed that President Yasser Arafat
had diverted $US900 million ($A1.35 billion) in public funds to a special
bank account he controlled and most of the money was later invested in
Palestinian assets, an International Monetary Fund official said today.

I was wondering if you ever heard of a guy named Chris Feld? He works for
the American Embassy here and I'm told is one of the main liasions between
President Bush and Bibi. A friend a mind lived next door to him in
Jerusalem and talked to him and his wife on many occassions. His wife is
apparently Jewish but obviously we'd have some doubts about him. In any
case he revealed that the intent of the US is to turn Israel into an
American colony, actually far more than it already is and what's more is he
said (I don't know how he knew this) that the violence was going to get
much worse here.
**Now how did Chris Feld know the violence would get worse? Because that's
been the plan all along. All you have to do is appoint the mafia of your
choice to destroy the targetted country. It's just a matter of keeping
Arabs incredibly stupid and Jews, resigned to a painful suicide.
This Yom Kippur our mafia has to finally beg our forgiveness
and
starting telling the whole truth of Oslo and sundry related crimes. If we
don't hear their atonement, we will have to atone for them...our way. We
can either abandon the country, as any person would escape a nation that
refuses to protect the lives of its people.
